Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid subscription period.

Upon cancellation, no additional charges will be applied beyond the current billing cycle.

All subscription-based services are billed in advance according to the chosen plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual).

Refunds are not provided for the unused portion of an active subscription, unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotional offers or agreements.

2.2 Service Interruptions or Failures

In the unlikely event of a service outage or technical failure caused by Mez Tech Solution, partial or full refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

2.3 Custom Development or One-Time Projects

For bespoke software development, integrations, or custom IT projects, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Any agreed milestones or deliverables completed before cancellation will remain chargeable.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Refund processing may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

4. No Refunds for Misuse

No refunds will be issued if services are terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions, misuse, or breach of contractual obligations.
